The company forgot to include one of my items in my order, and one of the bowls had minor scratches. Without hesitation, they offered to send the missing item and a replacement bowl! Since I will be away when the parcel arrives, they also offered to send it to my current location. Their kindness and helpfulness have been greatly appreciated. No complaints here!
