Had a really good experience with Dave at Chantry Wood in Guildford. He was extremely knowledgeable and the course was very well thought out, engaging and fun. He gave very clear explanations on inedible/toxic lookalikes of the things we found which we very much appreciated as complete novices.Dave was kind enough to provide dandelion coffee, sorrel soup and pan-fried mixed mushrooms with a homemade pickled wild garlic and hawthorn chutney (which was to die for!)
