My parner and I went on the foraging tour yesterday (18th May) ran by Eric. At the beginning Eric went over the laws of foraging and where you are allowed to forage in the UK - this helped immensely with my confidence as to where I can forage and was interesting to hear his own experience with it. We then did a beautiful walk that was packed full of information, tasting plants, soup, haw berry fruit winders and eldeflower champagne (all foraged and homemade). Then finished off by a homemade foraged meal of pesto pasta, wild mushroom patte and elderberry & raspberry tarts. All in all such a fantastic day, we learned so much and have much more confidence in our foraging skills. Thank you to Eric, we couldn’t fault the day at all!
