A wonderful way to spend the afternoon. We went to Drovers rest near Hay on Wye for the experience and learnt so much. Eric was a fantastic guide.Our delicious delights were, elderflower champagne, hogwort and wild garlic soup (this was amazing!), haw leathers, mixed leaf salad, St George mushrooms in cream sauce, hogwort, wild garlic and pine nut tart. We are looking forward to going again in the autumn.
