My husband and I went on a foraging course in the New Forest on 29 October 2022.We had a fantastic afternoon finding out that you can find and eat mushrooms that you would never believe were edible. Mind blown!!Fabio was excellent. Friendly and knowledgeable and a great cook. We drank sparkling elderflower wine, mushroom soup and the he cooked the mushrooms we found in a cream sauce with pasta. Yum!A brilliant afternoon and I'd love to do another Wild Food UK course at a different time of year, to learn what else you can eat from the great British countryside.The foraging book is a good investment too.Thanks Wild Food UK and Fabio. Brilliant!
