Since 2021 I've been on a number of foraging and mycology courses with wildfood.uk. Every course I have attended has been professionally run, and I've always learnt something new. I've had the pleasure to have met Marlow,Eric,Attila,Kerry,Rob and Fabio, each instructor is so knowledgeable and it has been a fascinating journey on how to forage safely.
Their website, books and videos are my go-to for identification,recipes and so much more. It is thanks to the whole team at wildfood that I am a confident(slightly obsessed) forager.
