In December 2014 a small group of people visited the remote Kalash Valley in North West Pakistan. I appreciate this is not a country normally associated with tourism, but Wild Frontiers have been running trips to Pakistan since their inception 10 years ago. I have enjoyed five previous trips with Wild Frontiers and with their wealth of local knowledge and contacts in the remote areas adjacent to the Afghan frontier, gave me the confidence in them to undertake this particular trip.
