I traveled to the Caucasus with a travel service in October 2025. While I wish I could rate them higher than three stars due to some issues and a lack of follow-up, my experience was mixed. Initially, the pre-trip assistance was excellent, but problems arose during the journey, and the company's indifference was disappointing. Despite discussions about my dietary restrictions, communication with local guides fell short, and I felt my needs were overlooked. Moreover, no one reached out after I raised my concerns. As a frequent traveler, I had high expectations but felt let down.
