the bread has been first rate, on par with a french bakery in bozeman montana that i thougth would never be topped. HOWEVER, if you read your reviews you will see a consistent theme. many people, myself included, had difficulty with your ordering process. items were added i did not ask for, a total of 5 orders were placed when none were intended. more than 1/2 of the people who commented had problems with your web ordering. PLEASE fix it before customers leave due to the hassle. your customer service response was great and i was never charged for my erroneous orders, and i placed another the next day. but i almost placed a second one by mistake. if your customers are placing sequential orders, someone should be watching that and not just thinking we have gone crazy on bread. although that is certainly possible in my case, it was not very probably i would place 5 or 6 orders in one setting. i'm just saying you need to QA those orders coming in.
regardless, the pizza and cranberry walnut rolls are fantastic.
