Very responsive customer service. They emailed me daily to follow up on an issue I had with an order until I finally found the messages in my Promotions box. (Whoops!) This kind of attention to follow through is rare these days!
The quality of the products is great. The price point is a bit high, so I don’t order as often as I’d like to, but they do make the process of managing the subscription and timing orders fairly straightforward so it’s not a “gotcha” like a lot of these services are. Overall I am quite satisfied.
