I ordered Tonuki Yoru shoes in June to enjoy them during the summer. After a small delivery problem that was well managed by customer service, I received my order. I found the finish rather beautiful when I opened the box. However, in use, I was quickly disappointed. The insole slips and suddenly the shoe quickly becomes uncomfortable. The rubber of the soles is fragile. On humid days, they are unusable. Finally, I wore them without socks but they would have to be washed often which is complicated. I thought that by buying German shoes I would have a high quality of comfort. The price is very high for what it is (Japanese tabis are infinitely more solid and especially cheaper). I do not think I will buy them again. This is ultimately the problem of direct purchases on the internet without a real store. If I had seen and touched them before, I would not have bought them.
