I simply cannot give enough stars here to express just how good of a customer service experience it was dealing with them!After a botched delivery job that resulted in potentially damaged goods, I wasn't entire sure what to do, but the incredible customer service rep went above and beyond, guiding me through the entire process and even giving me advice on how to care for the rain-soaked product. Honestly, they did not have an responsibility to handle any of this, but they did anyway, and were extremely personable and kind while doing so, which means a lot to me and made me feel very comfortable throughout what could have been a very stressful process.
