Terrible experience with first order. Completely inadequate customer service. No one available on phone. First chat person didn't have a clue and insulted me. After wasting 40 minutes and THREE chat attempts, chat #3 offered to call me. Too late. Cancelled my subscription. Feeling relieved. If this is customer support, what is their operation like? You get a sense of a company's brand and philosophy on first contact. Theirs is not good.
