Last week, my subscription order was delayed due to a shipping issue. After contacting customer service, they promptly resolved the issue and even sent a smaller bag for next-day delivery at no extra cost. They provided helpful feeding advice in the meantime. The customer service was exceptional—friendly, proactive, and genuinely caring. Between the quality of the food and the support I received, I couldn’t recommend this service more. While it is on the pricier side, it is completely worth it. It has made a significant difference for my dog; he now finishes his meals, his stomach issues have improved, his coat is healthier, and he has stopped scratching. I feel relieved knowing he's getting a balanced diet. My only concern is that he loves it so much I have to use a slow feeder to prevent him from eating too quickly!
