I am extremely disappointed with the support provided. It's taken me four days to receive any response regarding my winnings, and after a day of waiting for document requests, my account still isn't verified. Directing me to support isn’t helpful, as replies are infrequent and lack urgency. They are quick to take my money, but when it comes to payouts, the response is lacking.
