*product ordered -Sep 19, 2025*product arrived NZ via DHL and hands over to Aramex -Sep 23, 2005* Aramex informs me that they have lost the product - Sep 30, 2005* Aramex closes the order due to being lost 9th October*DHL and Wild secrets systems claim it has been delivered even though wild secrets also claiming an investigation is occurring. Still no feedback on the plan.Wild secrets accept no responsibility of who they use in this process and don't keep anyone informed. It is already nearly a month from order. They say if DHL doesn't close then there will be no refund to me which must be in breach of trading acts. If you live in NZ i would not order from these people as they put no value in ensuring they look after NZ customers.In response to your comment:Literally you said "Another closure request has already been submitted to DHL this morning prior to you contacting. Until they confirm the package as lost, there is nothing more we can do". You knew that this had been lost as confirmation had occurred from Aramex over a week before and yet you said there was nothing you could do until you received something from them. If they never got back to you then you never would have refunded me...This is truth! Explain how i misrepresented this.
