I attended two online courses with Calvin and his team. I found their use of tech smooth and efficient. They responded quickly to questions and when I scheduled calls with the team the were on time and helpful. I found the communication to be a bit too much for me via email but it was easy enough to sort or delete the unwanted communications and I'm sure some people found them useful. From an organization stand point I can understand it, for me personally I didn't need all the re-caps and reminders. Overall a great experience, lots of info and although it moved quickly the support resources made it easy to go back, watch and take notes at my own pace.
