But when it comes to verification and redeeming your winnings that's a no-go and that's a thumbs down I would expect for a casino to be more professional and not so dishonest My experience with them when I went to go to redeem my winnings of $100.33 was every time I go to the get verified it kept on telling me unable to identify and plus they wouldn't even let me upload my driver's license or bank statement . The beginning of the process of the driver's license and all that but it would not go to it it always go straight to what's your name address birthday damn phone number is well with you got a code for and I would put my code in and it verify my phone number and then it would say unable to identify the next thing is I was going to log back in didn't have my password so they sent me a reset password THROUGH MY EMAIL BUT IT WOULD NEVER LET ME RESET MY PASSWORD I did it again and then it tells me MY EMAIL was not registered just so I'm not crazy I go and try to register but guess what that MY EMAIL IS ALREADY REGISTER make it make sense I don't have a counter OR I do have an account. I have a screenshot of everything proof of my purchase I made the day I won the money etc. I wish I knew who could help me out with situation . Right is right and wrong is wrong. Just like I had to pay to play you need to pay me my money winnings.💯
