Terrible experience. Purchased a mini freezer and it was damaged. Trying to get hold of customer services in impossible. Their bot chat on WhatsApp is a waste of time. Can't speak to a human. Finally managed to find an email address to contact and been told got to wait 6 working days for the department to contact me to arrange a return.
If id known about the other poor reviews and lack of good customer service id never have purchased from them.
