It is not a matter of what went wrong, it is a matter of marketing overkill. I am working through creating a will on my own timeline and I find the constant presence of irrelevant Willful prompts in my Inbox both distracting and pointless. I know where you are, I know how to reach you, hopefully I will know when I actually have to reach you. So, please, dramatically reduce the frequency of emails to me. No other service organization reaches your frequency level.

I am an older person and I hate that AI is used in everything but I have to admit I used it on your site and I got answers that were very helpful and if I couldn't figure it out they kept trying so that kind of impressed me I do think people need to know that they need to find out what rules apply in your province and to make sure they're looking them up it might not hurt to tell people that. other than that it was an excellent experience it was easy and a weight off my shoulders thank you Carol
No jargon. Questions clearly stated Able to take my time completing form. Not rushed to sign until I am ready. Forms relating to health and property powers of attorney explicit so that chosen individuals know what is involved. Able to print off forms to allow time to reflect and clarify financial situation. Can do at home so no mobility issues
Everything was great and also with my sister-in-law‘s help because I am not good at too much with these kind of things so thank you very much. My sister-in-law said everything was very good and professional.
