The online tools helped my wife and I get our first will done and safely tucked away. It made a difficult task simpler and easier to do. It helped us work through sensitive decisions that I’m not sure we would have felt comfortable doing in front of a lawyer. Finally, it also gives us the comfort of being able to update our will, power of attorney and representation agreement in the event things change. We were very pleased with our experience!
Experience was fairly simple, would be good if you could layout the step by step process up front. For example, if your are a couple or if you are single or ... then you should follow this process to complete your will. For example I was uncertain of the whole process up front on what to do in regards to my spouses portion of completing her Will. The fact I had to pay first before sending her a link. Needed to go to the help tool. Would have been nice to have the process clearly defined before starting the process or maybe I just missed where those instructions where up front. Other than that it is nice you can update it as you wish without additional lawyer costs. Works well for simple wills.
