Still no further with my withdrawal. I am going to take this as far as possible.I am getting nothing from them, no reasons why they are withholding my funds. I have even gone as far as to email the CEO of evoke. Everyone who has had this problem needs to take it further because from reading these reviews they are doing this on a daily basis. All this for under £300.It is a disgrace.This is and has caused me severe stress, yes the amount is small compared to some winnings but to me that money is the difference between me using my heating or not. I am an 88 year old pensioner who has bet for many many years and never have I encountered this before. They took my deposits no trouble but then when I wanted to withdraw suspended my account and are withholding fundsI used same bank and same bank card to deposit that I am wanting to withdraw with.Im hardly money laundering with £6-£10 deposits and am definitely over 18. No explanation nothing, just keep being told to wait for email. I will still be here waiting in a year if the live chat is anything to go by.This is the last time I bet online. Everyone needs to make official complaints to the gambling ombudsman This should not be allowed to happen any longer
