If I could mark 0 stars I would . Absolutely abysmal service. So had £129 in my William hill account which I had one in 1 win. When I tried to withdraw the money I was declined and the reason being was that the bank card that I had used to make deposit had expired. I also had Apple Pay & another card linked to my account. Every time I tried to withdraw to any of these other dates again declined , I did eventually manage to draw bits and bobs of it out using separate withdrawals of £5 . The customer service chat is terrible and make it extremely difficult to actually chat to a human & then when you do finally get through to a human youre looking at up to an hour between messsge replies coming back and they just repeat what you have already been told. There is no option to physically speak a person on the phone . I’ve now been trying to withdraw my money for over 4 weeks and hours & hours of chat & at time of writing this I still haven’t got all of my money. I have sent multiple copies of my bank card , proof of address, contacted my own bank . The list is endless . I genuinely do not know how William Hill is still functioning as a business as it has become very clear that it is run by fraudsters .my issue was only surrounding a small amount of money fortunately but I’m sure there others having the same issues involving larger sums of money .
