In William Hill's Huddersfield shop, I've been in with so-called 'free' vouchers from the newspapers only to be told they wouldn't accept them as they'd already accepted a few. The staff are also very rude. Online, they also cheat. I picked a betbuilder that would have won but there was a glitch, with Hill's stating the bet couldn't be taken due to a technical hitch - how convenient. This is how petty Hills are. Because I've criticised them online, I've received a message that I'm no longer getting any of the promotions such as free spins etc. How childish!!
