William Hill used to be great but within the last year they have went down hill. Daily spin never allows a win and the daily scratch is now a total waste of time. It's like a new owner has come in an taken away all the things that set them apart which is a shame. Epic odds have all but disappeared which just eliminates any reason to use them as their odds are not particularly impressive. The final nail in the coffin was removing 3 or 4, which was a great promotion and replacing it with stat attack which is a major downer. My other major frustration is the clear shadow banning of people winning anything on their promotion. After a few months you will literally never win anything on bonus drop. The customer service team will pretend it's random which is ridiculous. I won on it everyday for months and now I haven't won anything for months. I have remained fairly loyal as I always liked the company but this accumulation of changes make it unlikely I will ever use them moving forward.
