Having lost my debit card.i registered my new one and deposited £20.happy to accept my money no questions asked..totally different when you then try and withdraw money..very unhelpful ppl on live chat.a pathetic response to my email complaint.they want me to send in copies of household bills,photo of driving licence or passport.but as said previosy no questions asked taking money.al lother online sites there was no problem what so ever.changing card details.william hill are obstructive.confusing,impolite and most definitely devoid of customer service.actualy feels like theft.avoid this company.
