Attempted to open a selection in the App, which took me to somewhere else.Contacted customer support, who said log out and back in (turn it off and on again).Wanted screen shots, but then cancelled the conversation as they had no clue.Do they employ idiots to waste your time, so you then just give in.Spent over an hour in chat, achieving nothing.Passed from pillar to post, each one having no idea what to do or say. Is it a scripted reply, and if it doesn't fall within the script, they have no idea.
