Absolutely awful fraudulent company. I haven't broken any rules but they terminated my account. They won't give me a reason for it and won't let me try to defend myself to regain my account again. I'm now struggling to get my funds back that were in the account. Don't fall for their promises of fair betting. It's not fair in the slightest. There's much better betting sites that don't decide randomly to terminate your account for no reason. All other companies would tell you they've decided to close your account because of reason X or because you had broken rule Y but no. This company will terminate your account, give you no reason and make you jump through hoops to try to get the funds in your account. I am 99% sure they will keep the funds that were in my account. I beg of you, do NOT bother with this company. Go anywhere else. I have spoken with their customer services, Mavi is who I spoke with and they were no help. They just kept telling me they are not going to give me a reason. They just decided to close the account. Even the supervisor Ralph wouldn't give me a reason. Worst customer services I've spoken to honestly and I've been to places where the staff are teenagers who don't want to be there. At least they were more helpful than William Hill!
