When playing and using promotion I opted in to deposit. The design of the website you have to opt in to allow for the deposit option to become available from said promotion. Completed the required wager but no spins were added to account. I contact them but they tried to state I hadn’t opted in. I helpfully demonstrated that it is not possible to deposit from the promotion without opting in to begin with. They told me the promotion had expired. Helpful as I am I again provided evidence that the promotion was still active and in fact did not expire until the next day. I was told to read the terms and booted out of the chat: it seems that they won’t admit fault, don’t know their own systems and can’t comprehend evidence that proves they are in fact incompetent and at fault. They are falsely advertising to draw in custom to then lie and cheat to prevent them from fulfilling the agreements and terms of their promotions. Disgusting customer service skills.
