William Hill customer services are appalling. 5 hours with their chat bot and CS people to not get a simple question answered. They pass you on to non-existent supervisors and then are rude to you.Just the worst company and when I complained to their head office they gave blah blah about ‘learning’ from this yet they just get worseThey also have the worst payout on slots for any bookie.Avoid these grifters like the plague…a shocking company who couldn’t care less!
