William hill won't pay out my £200 winnings , they are delaying it and making excuses about security checks .I have been a customer for 2 years now and it was never an issue before .The customer service on live chat is one of the worst I've ever seen .If my withdrawl is not received in 24 hours I will leave williamhill for good .
