chat box no help. Security department non existent. Lost my debit card. got a new one. added to my account. deposited with new card. won some money. cannot withdraw it.(not much). been on to there customer service for 14 hours without any help. Security department going to sort it but will not respond to me at all. Used to be a good company but seems to not care anymore about customers.
