I am extremely disappointed! Their customer service is horrendous. If they tell you to email them to get it rectified, they will just reply with an automated message. I went through their warranty process and paid the $29, got an email wanting to confirm the pair to ship to me and it was wrong, I replied to them to correct it before it was shipped, and they ignored it and sent the wrong pair anyway. Completely useless.
