Bought a pair of Hooks a few months ago. They got scratched somewhat easily, right in the middle of the lens. Applied for a request then sent them back in May using a prepaid label they sent me. No response, no acknowledgment of receipt. Emailed them this week (August!!) to see what's up, and now they want me to pay a 29$ Lifetime Guarantee fee that I'm pretty sure did not exist earlier this year, as the ads and writing on the website make you believe that every paid comes with the warranty. So right now they are holding my $200+ glasses hostage until I pay the fee... let's see where this goes as I'm still waiting for their reply.
