I would like to thank John in support as well as William. I placed my order for the complete set of programs, but in doing so, I forgot to input the discount code. I was charged the full $299 instead of $99. I sent a note off to William asking that they credit the $200 back to my credit card. I was pleasantly suprised when the credit was back on my card within 8 hours. Thanks again to William and John for such a quick response.
