The original mirror sent was damaged with dents and scratches on it which were ‘welding’ marks according to William Wood. Delivery lacked communication, late by a few days and not the best experience with the driver. They did send another mirror which was in a better condition but there was a lot of back and forth. However, they tried to resolve the issue.
