My experience with the service has been quite disappointing. They have locked me into an investment that offers quarterly buyout options, but only allows me to retrieve 15-20% of my funds. This essentially means it will take many years to recover my full investment. Only when I fall below a very low specified number of shares will I finally be released from this limitation.
