Rachelle is all about the details! The experience is awesome….there are mints, water, and she was so kind to have a banana & harvest bread for an early morning trip! I also hurt my elbow and she came into the airport terminal to get my luggage. She is always 2 steps ahead of you and truly cares about her customers!
