I hired Wilshire for my injury case which I had an accident and was hospitalized for a week. They told me to go to their doctor for which they would pay for all, including transportation. When they figured out that Medi-Cal was going to take most of any settlement, they dropped my case. I did not hear from them for a long time and called multiple times, left messages and got no return call. Then one day about 1 year later I got all my files in the mail with a letter saying they were no longer representing me. Well, OK I get it you would have made nothing from my case so you dropped me. Now another year later I receive a bill in the mail from a colllection agency for the visits to their doctor. They want over $5000 from me.
