I do not share the same enthusiasm that some share here about the Wilshire law firm. At least not the intake people for employment law!I worked for a company that knowingly, recklessly, and with wanton disregard.... violated federal and state laws dealing with both public and individual safety. Additionally the company falsified required federal and state reports (Criminal and civil liabilities) When I told the company I did not feel safe working there because of federal and state safety violations and if the company didn't follow legal safety guidelines I would give my 30 days notice... I was fired on the spot. The intake person told me the company was justified in firing me. The federal regulatory agency did not agree with her. There was a question in intakes mind about whether or not CA had jurisdiction by Wilshire intake. 🔺I "In general, all California superior courts have jurisdiction over a person that lives in California or can be found in California, and businesses or organizations that do business in California."🔺There should not be a problem with being under the jurisdiction of the court. Also, intake told me that there was a 90 day probation period ... this is not true. There was no probation period and benefits started immediately. I feel Wiltshire's intake people were clueless, impatient, didn't listen... and were rude and unhelpful
