I hired the solicitors for a specific legal matter and was asked for a £1000 upfront payment. After a hearing where I should have been represented, my case was dismissed, and I was charged an additional £2000 for nothing. They later admitted they didn't specialize in this area, despite initially taking my case. I am appalled by the nonexistent service I received and would never recommend them. The charges seemed fabricated, and I was overwhelmed by an explanation email. I was never kept informed of these issues. Terrible experience.
