She made the whole process smooth from the moment I walked in, keeping me informed and ensuring everything was handled professionally.A big thank you as well to Nik, the engineer, who came out to speak with me directly. He took the time to explain the repair in clear, simple terms, making sure I understood exactly what the fault was and how it was fixed.
