We purchased a used Renault Clio in May 2025 and noticed a faulty AC fan. Had to wait a month for the part needed and when the car went in to be fixed, we found out that it was the wrong part. Unfortunately, the part needed is also out of stock. Still waiting and it is nearly October. Worse still is that they returned the car to me with more faults. Trim was not put back and left hanging off and the controls for the radio not working. Have tried calling but not received any notice as to when the new part will be available. In the meantime, not having AC this summer was quite uncomfortable to say the least. If buying from Wilsons, I will check everything more thoroughly next time, even the smaller things. Poor service for me.
