We took our car back to Wilson for a recall, which was very serious having the leter from the manufacture and stating all work would be done F.O.C at the time of booking in we expected the work to take a day, no one comunicated about process and how long it could take. We received a call to say the car also needed 2 front tyres and drove over to pay for them and collect car. We were expecting work to be done.To find out nothing had been done only checks and they were awaiting authorisation on a battery from manefacture, they did not give us anymore info, We took car home to find out our insurance was probably not validated due to type of recall again no one had made us aware of this, they were too intrested in getting money for tyers.This started Tuesday now on Thursday i have called up twice for updates and got nothing back, second time phone was just left ringing.I have now booked my car in with another garage as they obvisouly dont want to help customers, i will not be purchasing my next car at Wilson, Im very dissapointed.
