Since the world went remote I've worked from home, right from my sofa in front of a big window with reflective glass. Best view in the house, birds and squirrels feeding and bathing all day long in the backyard. Then came a horrifying uptick in bird strikes. It's loud and traumatizing to see so close. The aspen leaf decals and the liquid blotter have only been applied for a few weeks, but so far they are working. No bird strikes compared to one or two a week. I've even seen some headed straight for the window and then reroute. The liquid is a bit tricky to apply, but if you literally barely touch it to the glass, or get a paint brush and apply it yourself from the blotter, you'll be fine. It doesn't ruin the glasswork, and it wipes off easily. The decals are not see-through, but you'll adapt. These make the birds safer and allow me to enjoy feeding and watching them more.
