1) I feel like my order was forgotten, as I never received any updates until many weeks later when I emailed asking about the status. I texted and emailed Uriah (he gave me both of his contacts), and he never replied.2) Uriah lied when he told me one of my windows was not eligible for glass replacement only. I was going to get a new window anyway, but the lying had me lose trust in your company. (I had a few other glass replacements done recently, and they said they could’ve done that window.)3) When trying to make a sale, I was told they’d waive the credit card progressing fee for me, but I had to pay it for my second payment after completion of services.4) I had to schedule my own permit inspection, even though I paid Window Nation a permit fee and was told it would be taken care of by the installers.
