I strongly advise people to not use this company.The team are unhelpful, tie you into services despite receiving a poor service. We tried to cancel, agreed to buy out the remaining contract so we could switch to a better provider the cancellation charges then doubled what they were expected due to 'additional users' which were added despite not being on previous months billing. It was better off for us to stick to the original agreement and wait until the contract end period as this was only a few months away. We were then advised this option was not possible as they had already cancelled the contract therefore we HAD to sign another 12 month contract with the company.They are hell bent on tying in unhappy customers, providing a poor service and squeezing every penny they can.
