When I arrived at Istanbul Airport late at night with my two young children, they claimed the only car available was a Citroen C4 (a small hatchback).This is a calculated scam. They bank on parents with exhausted kids being too stranded at midnight to find another agency. They forced my family and luggage into a tiny car half the size of what I contracted for, with zero accountability or professional courtesy.DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY. They will take your money for a premium vehicle and leave your family stranded with whatever is left on the lot. Absolute fraud.
