What a shit show. This is the worst customer experience I have ever had in my life. Paid $25 for 2-day shipping and they did not ship it until 5 days later. Then they tried to deliver it while I was out of town. Needless to say, I never got my wine. When I called them, I first spoke with one man who then transferred me to another man (the shipping coordinator) who proceeded to treat me like absolute shit. LOL I think he's working in the wrong field!!! (Pro tip: listen to your customers and try to solve their problem. Probably shouldn't yell at them.) Disgraceful.
