I ordered wine three months ago and have only received half of it, amounting to 600 €. Despite sending 20 emails and making many calls to different numbers, as well as messaging on WhatsApp 50 times, it's nearly impossible to reach anyone. I'm worried that around 300 € is lost since the payment was taken before the entire order was sent! The service and communication have been very disappointing.
Three months ago, I placed an order for some wine. To date, I've only received half of the order totaling 600 €. I've sent 20 emails, called various phone numbers, and messaged on WhatsApp countless times... it's almost impossible to get in touch. I'm concerned that around 300 € is lost, as they took the payment before shipping the full order! The service and communication are extremely poor.
Regrettably, after several months, I still haven't received the wine I ordered and paid for. Additionally, I've been unable to get in touch with the service or receive any replies to my inquiries sent via email. I worry that my order and payment might have vanished.
One star feels generous. I placed my order weeks ago, paid in full, expecting to receive the wine in time for the holidays but got no order confirmation. I reached out to customer support multiple times via email with no reply. Now, I won’t have wine for Christmas and must waste time dealing with my bank to recover my money. Completely unacceptable.
